Consumer Health Data Consent

What I consent to

By affirmatively checking the Consumer Health Data consent box and creating an account, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old and voluntarily consent to NutriGlance collecting and using the consumer health data I provide or generate through the Service for the purposes below.

Data covered

• date of birth and sex selected for calculations;
• height, weight, target weight, activity level, active calories, goals, and pace;
• food diary entries, ingredients, meal times, water intake, food photographs and descriptions;
• estimated calories, macronutrients, energy needs, progress statistics, AI analyses and related inferences; and
• nutrition- or wellness-related support, coach/dietitian communications, notes, and consent records.

Purposes

I consent to collection and use as reasonably necessary to create and secure my account; calculate and display nutrition and wellness information; provide diary, weight, water, activity, statistics, reminders and support; process food photographs or descriptions through AI when I request that feature; prevent abuse; and comply with law.

Necessary disclosures

I understand that delivery of the requested Service may require disclosure to:

• hosting and infrastructure providers, including processing on the current VPS in Germany;
• VseGPT and its underlying AI model providers when I request AI analysis, using a resized food image or food description and technical prompt;
• an approved coach/dietitian, only if I choose that relationship and Support approves it; and
• email, Telegram, professional advisers, or authorities only as described in the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

NutriGlance does not sell my consumer health data and does not use it for targeted advertising. Yandex Metrica and Webvisor are optional and require a separate analytics choice; declining analytics does not prevent account use.

My choices

I may withdraw this consent or request access or deletion by emailing info@nutriglance.com. I can also delete a standard user account in Profile. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed. If I withdraw consent for data needed to provide the Service, some features may stop working or my account may need to be closed.

Important limits

NutriGlance does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. AI results, calorie estimates, and coach features may be incomplete or wrong. I will not use the Service as a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional or for emergency help.
